Bryan Balducki with the FI Team is the best realtor I’ve worked with! He was very knowledgeable and patient with my partner and I as we are first time home buyers. He was always available and helped us through the process. I wouldn’t recommend anyone but Bryan for a realtor in Colorado!

"Had a phenomenal experience for the purchase of my house"
I worked with Chad on the FI Team. Chad was understanding of my goals with the property as an investment, and was knowledgeable about the local area and different house hack strategies. Even though I was purchasing from out of state while I moved to Denver, Chad was able to accommodate however needed with things such as videos of important parts of the house during walks. I would work with Chad again in a heartbeat whether it was an investment house or a personal property! I learned a lot, thank you, Chad!
